We want to encourage and honor our pastors and their wives and to make sure we accomplish that goal, we’ve asked some wives to help us plan a special evening. Ticket prices have been reduced for our members and their wives as a way to thank you for all you do. If you purchase this ticket you do not need to purchase an additional ticket for your wife.

What should my child wear?
What should my child bring?
What types of snacks will you serve?
How will my child's food allergies be handled?
How do I pick up my child?

Auburn is a cool town! Nested in the foot hills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains it is just 90 minutes from Lake Tahoe and 2 hours from San Francisco. And Auburn Grace Community has a neat story of rebirth and maturity that is evident in an exciting, impacting, Bible based church. You will enjoy this location! This is THE Access destination to hang around after and vacation!
In keeping with our theme about access, we will provide multiple gatherings for ministry interests. Stay tuned as we develop the list. And back by popular demand, we will offer a couple of quality workshops led by some of our best Bible and ministry teachers.
And we will still have great celebrations! We are putting together a worship band from multiple churches and main session speakers who talk to the heart of ministry.
Parents, bring your kids to join the fun as we worship and dig into the Bible for Spiritual gold.
Also, plenty of arts & crafts, food, and games are planned. Off site activities include, swimming and a chance to pan for gold at a historic park where gold was discovered in 1848!
We are looking forward to a great time with your kids!
Childcare cost: $35 per child
Leaders need access! In the church, leaders need other Jesus-following-leaders who have the experiences and perspectives that help them advance. Access2019 will be intentionally designed to give leaders meaningful, ministry-changing access.
We will create more time in the schedule for you to gather with other leaders who know what you need and need what you know. Call them cohorts, or round-tables, or interest groups but we will provide ample time for you to talk about what you are learning in ministry. We like to call access2019 a "customized conference."
You will have new connections that can call anytime you learn something new or need a fresh idea. This can change your ministry!
